Horrible service!!!!! Twice they leave me waiting for more than two hours well past midnight waiting for a shuttle to take me home after I have prepaid for the service. The people who answer the phone are horrible in costumer service and try to make you feel like they are doing you the favor of refunding your money after they make the mistake of not letting you know that they stop night service at 11:00pm. Easy to make reservations. Timely arrival. On return, flight was delayed an hour and a half. Without my having to alert Prime Time, they arranged a later pick up, and I waited less than ten minutes to leave SNA Transportation Center. I will use Prime Time on future trips!
Service is good. Leave the stress of driving to others.
This was the worst shuttle experience ever. I waited an hour for my shuttle. Called customer service (if you want to call it that) was hung up by the rep then called back to to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me was not professional at all.Once in the van was told we have to sit and wait for more people. On time both directions. Leaving from airport, driver informed me he needed to wait 10 min. for a couple of other fares, which was fine with me. Glad he stated something also. Also glad he had the air on, and soft music. Just what I needed after my flight.

I thought I had left enough time, 3.5 hours between arriving at LAX and my booking for the 5.45pm Catalina Express ferry. Unfortunately I didn't get to the Prime Time shuttle stop until 3.50pm, due to a flight delay but still thought nearly 2 hours would be OK. It took a long time for the shuttle bus to arrive and even though I kept telling the driver I needed to get to the ferry terminal he still insisted in dropping just about everyone else off first. Be careful!!!!! We had a private car through Prime Time. We paid for round trip service. When our flight got in the person that was supposed to be waiting with a sign was no where in sight. We called driver and phone went straight to voicemail. Called Prime Time and they said they couldn't get a hold of driver. They told us there were no other drivers or shuttles so we would havevto find another way home. Keep in mind this is at 12:30 a.m. and we live about 50 miles away.
