Prime Time arrived on time for my departure flight. On my return trip my flight arrived late - the driver was right there!
will NEVER use your service again. I was confirmed for a 4:35 a.m. pick up on Saturday morning by GoSedan - I called customer service at 4:45 a.m. when no car had arrived - I was on hold for around 10 minutes before even speaking with a customer service representative - When she finally answered, she said she'd check on the status of the driver and then she put me on hold again for about 10 minutes - When she came back, she indicated that she couldn't track down the driver and put me on hold again - Several more minutes went... read more

Our driver was on time, actually a little early which was appreciated. We had a relaxing and congenial ride to the airport. Thank you so much!
The ride to the airport was five stars. The driver called when he was 10 minutes away and got to my house exactly on time. We had two more pick-ups because it was the ride-share van but we still got to the airport at the estimated time I was given. The ride-share experience back from the airport was poor though. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get on the shuttle that was going my direction and then it stopped 3 more times to get filled to capacity. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! This is the absolute worst "service" out there. Check out their Yelp reviews. Horrible. Left me & my family stranded at LAX at 1:00 in the morning. The airport rep said there was nothing she could do & it wasn't her job to figure out how we were going to get home.

They were on time, provided excellent service, were courteous and friendly. It was a comfortable ride and exactly what we needed to get us to the airport.
Our driver taking us to LAX was on time and friendly. However, the van was dirty and at one point in the trip I was looking down and the driver had over corrected, when I looked up he had been texting. He texted a a few times during the ride (we have pictures). He got us to the airport on time but it was a scary trip. The return trip was GREAT. This convinced us that using a shuttle to the airport is the best way to go. Completely stress free. Our driver was prompt, courteous, and made the trip to the airport in the wee hours of the morning seem like a short trip. We'll definitely use this service again.
