I ordered 2 nine passenger shuttles to transport 18 people to the cruise ship terminal. One shuttle arrived almost an hour before the schedule pick-up, the other arrived approximately 20 minutes prior to pick up. Everyone enjoyed the ride, Prime Time saved us on time, travel and parking expenses. This was the most economical way to travel, to and from Long Beach. Prime Time was the WAY TO GO.
We had two vans, a week apart, from and to airport (Pasadena to Burbank). All met at same place, same time. The vans TO the airport had not allowed time for 16 people to get on the vans; very discourteous. Left two people behind who happened to be 5 minutes late. The RETURN trip, however, was just the OPPOSITE. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, professional, clean van, even gave us water, for those who wanted it, as it was a very hot day in Burbank. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The van was in outstanding shape, the driver was friendly ans courteous, ans two minutes early.
Courteous driver, got me where I needed to go with on time pick up and drop off. Would use again should I ever need another ride.
We had a party of 7. We were concerned how we were going to get everyone transported safely together with our kids. We absolutely would recommend this service. We booked a private van which was less expensive than sharing a van with someone else. Our drivers to and from the airport were wonderful. Shared some excellent places to visit and were very friendly and safe. We loved this experience.
Best ride to airport, ever. Will chose Prime Time over family or friends picking me up.
