While a text message reminder of an upcoming shuttle ride is nice, two of them at 3:30 AM is a terrible business practice.

I was leaving on a morning flight. My driver arrived exactly on time and we only needed to make one extra pick up. The trip was quick, no problems and I got the airport in plenty of time. This is the best way to travel and not inconvenience someone else to get you to the airport.
We wish all travel services were staffed by people as competent and courteous as the jovial grandfather, Melvyn, who drove us from Burbank to Saugus, making better time than if we'd traveled by private vehicle.
Making a 6:30am reservation for a 10:00am flight. The airport is less than 35 minutes away. Your company decided to pick up multiple passengers. 9:15am you have my parents and are still sitting on the freeway. Your driver tells my 70+ year old mom she will have to run to the gate. Your an idiot. They booked it at that time so they wouldn't have to worry and your comapny still manages to screw it up. The shuttle service itself has been good the three times that I've used Prime Time. I was not happy with the booking / online service last time though. I didn't get any confirmation e-mail after booking via skype so checked my reservation on the website. Noticed that the operator who took my call had got some of my details wrong or left blanks in spite of my repeating the info several times. I tried the chat, left the correct pick-up adress etc. and asked for a confirmation e-mail but didn't get any answer. Had to call again... read more

Had to arrange this shuttle at short notice on-line from New York. My wife & myself were first time customers' of your service & were very satisfied with your service from LAX to our destination in Hollywood.
The driver was nice and a good driver. He visited with us and didn't mind if we helped GPS find the way to our house. The van worked fine, we did have to wait a bit longer than tired travelers would want, but not bad. The van didn't seem dirty, but smelled like it could be cleaned or aired out a bit. Overall pretty good service, just spiffed up a bit.
