Prime Time shuttle is the best choice for people who live far from the airport and don't want to stuck in traffic or pay for the parking. It is easy to book and check in. This last time though, the person responsible for the post at LAX missed the bus for my destination. So I had to wait, breathing the polluted smoggy air, for an hour until the next one came. Other than that, there is nothing else to complain about.

I thought the service we had to and from lax airport was excellent. We missed our booking on the way to the hotel as the pilot was late at Heathrow. But the bus people were fine and just put us on the next one. Even though we were the last drop off I didn't feel as though we were commuting for that long. On the way back to LAX the bus was on time and fine.

Prime Time Shuttle is excellent value for the money compared to the cruise ship transfers and other local alternatives. It is convenient to book your shuttle on-line prior to your trip and know that the shuttle will be there when you arrive and when you need to get from your hotel to the airport. The shuttle takes the hassle out of travelling in the L.A. area and eliminates the need to rent a car and fight the traffic. One less thing to worry about on holidays.

My first ride with Prime Time Shuttle, and it was fantastic. The driver picked me up exactly on time, and he was very courteous. The shuttle was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The price cannot be beat. I will use Prime Time as often as I can going forward!

Very prompt and accommodating. Driver was very courteous and offered water to all passengers. Van was full but he took his time in making sure everyone was comfortable. Very safe driver.

The pickup at LAX terrible. Driver had wrong time and was not pleasant when I told him he had wrong time and was waiting for rest of party. I had to call to straighten out. Car sent was not one reserved and driver had quite the time fitting all luggage in. Now pick up at hotel going back to LAX was perfect! Driver courteous, on time, offered water etc. And vehicle big enough for all luggage!

To and From LAX, I used Prime Time Shuttle and it was terrific! I really appreciated the timeliness to get me to the hotel. Return trip was just as nice on time and quick and to the airport. Thanks Prime Time!!!
