I dont know what all of the gripeing is about. These folks did a great job for our Family. They were on time and even sent me an app to show where my driver was while he was in route. We were almost an hour late on our flight back and when we finally got out to the curb there was our driver waiting for us at 1:00 a.m. We will always use Prime Time Shuttle from now on whenever we need a service. Thank You Prime Time!

We used Prime Time Shuttle to and from Long Beach airport recently. I purposely requested an earlier than their recommendation time for home pickup because of weekday rush hour traffic. The driver was 5 minutes early, but didn't rush us. So glad we left earlier because it did take 35 minutes longer because of morning traffic. The van was clean except for the driver's area. My driver was very friendly and had a great attitude, but he was one hour late picking us up! When I called Primetime to see where he was I was put on hold for 30 minutes.when I hung up & called again the dispatcher said that my driver was running late! WELL NO SH*T.

Worst experience. Unreliable, never showed up and customer service is rude and couldn't be bothered. I'll take my business somewhere else.

CANT EVEN FATHOM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, worst customer service ever! Got into LAX at 1150pm, on time. Got our luggage on time. Waited for the van we booked for 1215am. It drove right by us!! Called and after attempting three times to get a real life person on the phone they tell us this... "Overbooked" our reservation? Gonna be a wait of over two hours for a van to come get us that we SCHEDULED and already PAID FOR??? I mean absolutely no professionalism with this joke of a company. I am so flabbergasted by this right now.

Do not use this company! Do not let it fool you. First off, we arrive to LAX a little bit after 11 and wait for our private van booked, and the van isn't even here. And after an hour and a half...still isn't here. Prime time also gives you a number to call in case they "forgot about you" and the number doesn't even get you a direct person to talk to. You have use some different number they don't even provide you. The customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my grandma wanting a refund. I'm sorry but is s... read more

I travel often and Prime Time Shuttle was the worst experience I have EVER had! A group of students from Oklahoma and myself traveled to California for a national convention in Anaheim. We reserved 3 shuttles months ahead of time. The first 2 shuttles was about 30 minutes late. The last shuttle was over an hour and 30 minutes late, which left us waiting with 9 hungry teenagers who has been traveling since 5 am that morning.
