Waited over an hour past our reservation time, for our shuttle from LAX to Moreno valley, checked in about 10 minutes early and were told our van number, it came and we were told we were no longer on that van it was not going to our area, we were then told we were on another van we were waiting for about 40 minutes, they said the van was in the airport but were told that they could not get a hold of the driver, we walked over to super shuttle, and they said it would be 20 minutes, we decided to go with super shuttle and are ... read more

Cannot beat when the shuttle to go from Anaheim to LAX was at our hotel before we were! And it wasn't because we were late so much as he was early just to be sure he was on time for our pickup.

I was very satisfied with Prime Time. I had used a competitors shuttle service and they dropped my suitcase, broke my wheels and left me in the middle of the street with my bag.. Both drivers was very careful and took care to make sure nothing was damaged and placed my bag on the sidewalk..

Driver did well! Pick up at International Terminal was a little crazy as there was a mix up with three Irvine, Californian passengers. The driver did well in explaining the mix up to one of the passengers and that the next shuttle would pick him up. I don't know who's fault but the driver handled it well. That is three "wells" in this post. LOL

I took roundtrip from Primetime shuttle for a trip. While returning from LAX airport when all the passengers got down I was the only one with the driver. Then the driver started insisting that I need to give him service charge. I said it was not mentioned in the reservation. The driver said I have to give him additional money. I tried to contact their service center through phone. While I was on hold on phone I reached home. The driver told me to get down and finish the call. The driver we had this evening was the best driver we have ever experienced with any shuttle service. Unfortunately, we do not have his name. The shuttle number was 665 out of LAX.

While the ride was uneventful, our van was very dirty and it appeared as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Driver showed up 45 minutes early which wasn't a problem for us it became a problem when the next fare wasn't aware of the change and we had to sit in the van for 45 minutes - that smelled. It was so bad we actually got out of the van for awhile. If I hadn't paid already I would have cancelled the trip.

Apart from the fact that my seatbelt strangeled me rather than protected me everything was fine, especially the patience of our driver Leo.
