We have used Prime Time four times now. The drivers have all been really nice, on time or early, and have had excellent driving skills. The cost of the ride is very reasonable. I have one issue with Prime Time: The last time we used them, I had to call customer servcice to alert them to a flight schedule change and was put on hold for twenty minutes the first call and eighteen minutes the second call. Was told the driver would be 5 mins. late...but he was 5 minutes early!...He was very quiet and did not do any talking to us, which we missed. On our way home we had to wait about 15 minutes for a ride, but this driver was very nice and a good conversationalist while we had to wait about 10 minutes for a road block because of an accident ahead. Took out the bags and walked them to our front door too.

Do not recommend. Waited an 75 minutes with no ETA. What's the point if a reservation! I was told that I was the only one going to wood hills & driver was waiting for a full van. Called to complain and was hung up on. Called back and was told I'd get a full refund but not holding my breathe I won't have to call in again about it.

The pick up time was 8:20 am and your driver arrived at 8:00 am. I think someone should have called me for the change What happen to the call you had in the pass about your arrival time ? Later on I turned on my computer and I seen your email which was sent at 12:10 A.M

When you make your reservation, we let you know that your driver has a thirty minute window surrounding your reservation time (possibly 15 minutes before or15 minutes after). We have used Prime Time Shuttle several times and have been pleased with their service. On our latest round trip the pick up time from our home was excellent as usual, but we had to wait 40 minutes at LAX for the ride home. Since we prepaid and they had our reservation, I thought the wait time might have been a little shorter.

I had a reservation to be picked up from a LAX terminal and taken to my destination by this company at 8:35am. At around 9:15am the attendant told me that they would not be sending a van for me. I informed him that a refund would not be acceptable as i would have no ride home other than the $90 taxi. He told me he would see if the company would pay for my ride home. He then informed me that instead of them paying for my ride home they would finally be sending a van for me. After waiting for over an hour after my pick up time... read more

Booked a ride from Hollywood to LAX in the morning, arrived on time! Driver is good, polite & professional, we arrived on time at the airport. I'm happy with the service! Definitely recommend to the others.
