This is the worst shuttle service available at LAX. As a large family coming home from a week long vacation we had a shuttle scheduled to pick us up at 6:30pm. We waited at the curb for several minutes waiting for a shuttle that did not arrive. It wasn't until we decided to make a call to Prime Time that we found out that we needed to go to a specific location to speak with the representative to schedule the shuttle. I signed up for a 10:40 pickup and then on the day of the pickup I received an email stating that "because of unforeseen circumstances" the shuttle would arrive at 10:30 with no further explanation. I was already on a very tight schedule to get from bus to shuttle to LAX and this change caused some stress. However, the shuttle arrived at 10:35 and made the trip to LAX a half hour ahead of schedule. I really had no alternative for the shuttle pickup time due to bus and plane schedules. We had a PAID reservation for a return shuttle from our trip. Our fight info changed and then was delayed some 4 hours. We arrived at LAX at 0130 to be told by PrimeTime that we couldn't get picked up until 0400. Why ask for flight information if you aren't going to use it to stay updated on delays? Very unprofessional. Will never use again.
Worst company ever! Do not use!! Booked private van for 4. It was 30 minutes late picking us up at LAX. Then they told us we had to share a ride with other people going to our area. "Their shuttle hadn't showed up" according to curbside rep! Turns out they were 30 minutes out of our way!!! And guess who got dropped off first?? Glad we paid top dollar for a relaxing door to door ride!! And after 3 calls, one at 15 minute hold time hung up on me! Sheesh! You guys suck!

I was upset that the drive had to stop and get gas when I just wanted to get home. So did the other person!

This trip is my first time using Prime Time Shuttle from the Los Angele International Airport (LAX) to a downtown hotel. Based on this experience, I'd suggest a reservation from home so the airport connection is easy and efficient.
Worst service ever! DO NOT USE Prime Time! It's my 2nd bad experience with them! No more chances Prime Time, YOU SUCK!!!
Prime Time was everything I could ask in a shuttle service. The van was on time, was well maintained, was safely driven and the drivers were extremely considerate. The driver even waited until we were safely in our home before he left.
Our airplane was 20 mins. late, taking off from gatwick london. we were also diverted into canada because of an illness on board. ended up about 4 hours late to lax. I went to the terminal ralley point thinking I would have trouble getting back to San Bernardino. Wrong 15 mins the van was there, and off I went. Great Job. Will use prime time always Gary
