The worst company I have ever felt with the customer service reps are rude and disrespectful, they couldn't even get a private shuttle to show up! Worst company.

Pre ordered and prepaid private Prime Time Shuttle from LAX to Mission Viejo for six people. Prime Time didn't show up. We called and they said we needed to "find our own transportation" and they wouldn't have a van available. Gave booking number and reservation. Their response: They would "refund" and hung up on us. Never use this company. Stranded at airport at midnight.

Horrible service!! Had a reservation, paid for it, then find out after an hour of waiting that they don't have a shuttle for us (keep in mind this is at 11pm midnight - have a 5 year old with). Stated they would credit us, but then said we would have to pay for the other shuttle service to pick us up.....excuse me but Prime Time Shuttle should credit us what we paid them and pay the other shuttle company to take us home for THEIR mistakes!! I will never use this company again and will tell 10 more people of this terrible exp... read more

But i left 2 laptops on the van and after numerous attempts to contact them including TSA and LAX police no one answers. This is unacceptable!

Completely horrible experience. We showed up with our reservation number and were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait and that we would be given a shuttle number soon. We never got a shuttle number, ended up waiting for over an hour, while at least 10 different Prime Time Shuttles drove by. One stopped, but it wasn't our shuttle. It was almost completely empty and stopped to pick up one person, who wasn't going anywhere near our destination. We never did get a shuttle. I was waited over an hour. I asked the employee at the waiting space how much I should wait more but he just ask me keep waiting without any info. I had no other option but cancel it and took Uber. I don't recommend this service.

I made (and paid for) reservations for a private sedan to pick up at the airport. The company left me stranded at LAX at 1:00AM. They casually said to "find alternate transportation" home. They refunded the money I paid them but refused to refund the amount it cost me to take a taxi home. They feel that their multiple apologies are enough, but they are dead wrong.
