What better way to get to John Wayne Airport from my front door, and back again when I return. It would cost an arm and a leg if I were to park my vehicle for an extended time.
Pick up was prompt. The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable...$15 to Anaheim from LAX.
I'm a senior woman returning from a late night flight to LAX from Vancouver, BC. I was concerned about getting home safely to So. Orange County at that hour. I arrived home safely at 12:41 pm and the driver was very helpful. So, I would do it again with Prime Time. Penny

I've used prime time three times now; twice my 17 year old daughter used it on her own. Pick ups and drop offs were good and on time. It is easy to locate coming out of LAX. I will continue to use them for sure, however, the first time I tried to use them I selected a pick up location and when trying find it on my navigation, the hotel did not exist. I booked a private van to bring my family (group of 8) to LAX from West Hollywood. We had 9 suitcases, 3 boxes, 2 car seats and 2 strollers. The driver arrived to pick us up at home right on the scheduled time, smiled and didn't complain when he saw all our luggage which he managed to fit perfectly in the trunk space and drove all of us safely to the airport. My husband and I landed in Los Angeles in early December, 2014. We were booked into a hotel in Hollywood for the night, and were leaving on a cruise the next day. Our first experience with PrimeTimeShuttle was the trip from the airport to our hotel. We were pleased with this service and decided to book Prime Time to take us from the hotel to the docks the next day. The shuttle was booked for 12.30 pm. The driver's are polite and are good drivers. The shuttle's are clean and kept in good condition. They have never been late for me in pickup or in drop off. I did get one driver who I think got his training in Mexico City, wow, what a ride! I told him when he dropped off our family at Disneyland that the ride was better than the Matterhorn, without the monster at the top. He was a good driver, though not exactly my driving style, I appreciated his abilities.
There were 5 of us do we selected the private Van for $110 from ladera to LAX. Reserved one way just to try first bec there were many bad reviews. The driver was here on time, drove fast but got us to LAX safely. Then after 2 weeks in Costa Rica, I booked on line the night before our flight for the same private arrangement.
