Arrived early, took the shortest direct to the airport, dropped me at the correct door, very friendly and helpful. these guys are great. No need to use anyone else.
I was not very happy at having to wait more than half an hour at LAX for pick up as I had caught a bad cold whilst away. However I think the representative must have spoken with the driver as for the first time in using your services I was first drop off which I really appreciated.

I felt the driver did a really good job of calling the next pick-up before leaving each site which enabled them to be ready which was better than most who have waited until we were out front and then they callIed. As a result, all were on time. Unfortunately, the company needs to do their homework. Another man and I were on the same Air New Zealand flight to London, and we were dropped at terminal 2 which was incorrect. Not impressed right now, 45 minutes and still waiting on service from LAX to cruise port
EVERYTHING was great with Prime Time Shuttle, would recommend and we will use again.
Great service to and from the cruise terminal. Will definitely use them again!
Both "going to" and "coming home from.." the cruise were excellent. Have an electric mobility scooter, and they were able to take it with no problem. Both drivers, Roel and Willie were very good, safe and speedy drivers. Will use this service again. So much better than dickering for a friend/relative to drive us from Chatsworth or having to park our car there. Good Job!!
Third time using Prime Time Shuttle! Very good, efficient service for USC students. Would recommend.
Easily worth the price! Usually a bit of a wait when getting picked up at LAX. Much better when going to the airport. I reccmmend Primetime to all not wanting to go for the bigger bucks of individual service!
