However, my only experience involves an extremely rude driver of Van #823 in Los Angeles, CA. Beware!!! He dropped me off 1 block away from my scheduled drop off. I did not know any better and walked to my hotel. At pick up, the same driver again Van #823 was very grumpy from the moment he saw me. The shuttle driver was good and the shuttle was okay, but the down part was that even though I was the only one on the shuttle for the whole trip I still had to go to the airport at 3:30 a.m. when I had a 6:00 a.m. flight and it was only a 20 minute ride to the airport. I didn't get any sleep that night.
Driver was professional, friendly and engaging and conveyed us to our home in a smooth drive.

Service on 10/27 was great. We were picked up on time, getting to LAX from Moreno Valley promptly despite a truck fire which required rerouting around the freeway mishap. Driver kept us informed. He was also friendly and talked to us. NOT so on our return on 11/18. The driver was gruff, seemingly unwilling to have to drive all the way out to Moreno Valley. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and Prime Time Shuttle was still able to accommodate us with an earlier shuttle. Only thing that was perplexing was the sign in the shuttle stating driver's gratuity was not included in the fare when our email receipt stated that a $5 tip was included in the fare. We had already planned on giving the driver $5 more so didn't consider it a big deal.
We have used Prime Time several times AND THE.Y HAVE ALWAYS WORKED OUT.
First time user. The driver doesn't bother to ask anybody for me, and I was only few meters far (but turn my back to the van so I didn't know the van was here!). When I come at the window, he shout at me because he was late... and argue too! Even with a 20 minutes late, he did his time with the other passenger and I was 3 hours early for my flight to LAX... after he drop my luggage on the sidewalk without a word. The driver may need to learn how to breath!
The pickup was efficient, the trip to my resident was quick, using the shortest route, impressed me by him getting me home so quickly. I recommend PRIME TIME SHUTTLE TO ANYONE WHO EXPECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
