I was extremely pleased with the communication received from Prime Time prior to pick-up. On the day of the ride, I received two text messages letting me know that the pick-up time had changed by 10 minutes (earlier rather than later), then 1 call from the service to confirm I had gotten the text message. Then, about 20 minutes prior to pick-up, I got a call from the driver confirming my exact pick-up location. He arrived 2 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time, was very polite and pleasant. Being picked up from LAX was a 10 minute wait, but the ride was comfortable and safe. Being picked up from the Radisson at USC was perfect, as I was picked up exactly on time and I got text message updates and a phone call telling me the time was changed.

I have used Prime Time many times and they are always very timely in picking me up, actually calling and coming early by 10 minutes or so many times. I appreciate the prices very much and usually have a very personal, attentive driver. The shuttles are generally a little worn and they could use an upgrade but service, cost and timeliness makes it worth the ride.

We had great service from Orange County area to LAX. My only complaint (and why I did not give 5 stars) was that I had to call customer service twice (to change reservation time), and each time had to wait over 20 minutes to talk to somebody. There is an option in the phone tree to just leave a message, which I tried to do, but the system would not let me. Our vans and drivers were excellent and on time, though.

I have used Prime Shuttle four times now and have never had a problem. They promptly picked me up at my home and left me at LAX on plenty of time for my international flights and the same on my return. I would highly recommend them. Sure the vans are not 5 star but what do you want for such a good price.

I've been using Prime Time Shuttle for over 4 years and I travel monthly. It has almost always been easy, comfortable and timely for me. The one and only 'problem' or hick-up occurred when I made my Prime Time reservation through the GO Express system instead of directly through Prime Time. It happened that my flight was delayed when arriving into John Wayne. Without my knowing what was going on - Go Express didn't communicate with Prime Time, they didn't even have my flight number to look up! Prime Time was there at the ori... read more

Very pleased with all aspects--with one small con: Received call that my pickup had been moved to half an hour earlier than confirmed 3 times. This was a significant concern since my transport to pickup was a ferry, and the last earlier ferry had already left. Fortunately, while enroute, received text message confirming original pickup. Otherwise, highly recommend this service.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The van was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The driver arrived at EXACTLY the agreed upon time, took my bag, and got me settled in for my ride. I don't think I'll ever drive - or have my signficant other - drive me to the airport again. We're always late and anxiety ridden; who the heck needs THAT!
