You can walk home faster than they will take you. My reserve ration meant NOTHING I feel like a LAX hostage. Called the number and was put on hold only to be hung up on every time. Wow #SUCKS
After waiting over an hour and a half and no driver in route. Got home in a taxi for less money.
Pick up at home was on time. Was able to track Van thru phone app. Driver was quiet and was the worst driver I'd ever driven with at Prime Time. He was all over the road and I spent most of the trip with my eyes closed. Getting picked up at LAX was another story entirely. Had to wait almost an hour for van to pick us up. Driver was polite and capable. Will try Super Shuttle next time I need to get to LAX. Timely pick up. In fact the van arrived at my home 15 minutes early. Great service, I wish I had used the service on previous trips to LAX. Booked on line with no hassles.
It was on time both ways, no wait at the airport. The driver on one trip was a bit wacky and talked too much about conspiracies, but, in general, a good service!
The pickup time for my service was moved forward at the last minute and I was not notified. When you are planing an early morning departure every minute counts. I was sent a text message while I was in the shower so I did not even see the text until I received the next text saying the driver was on site a half an hour before planned! Although no one answered my call, I was picked up quite promptly anyway by a prince of a gentleman who drove with calmness and precision. Some maintenance on the passenger seats and the center seat belt (which hung loose no matter what) would increase safety. In spite of that, I enjoyed a pleasant ride. Many thanks to my competent driver!

I had a very good experience with this shuttle service. Picked up after 15-20 minutes. Dropped home in another 45 minutes. The driver was super nice too. Prime time is 10 times better than super shuttle.
The email confirmation is a little bit confusing, but once I understood it everything was great!!! My plane was delayed, but they knew and sent the shuttle at perfect time. The driver was a safe driving and very friendly and helpful. Pick up was perfect too. He arrived at the time and place planned and got me to the airport lickety-split!! I will definitely use it again if ever in Anaheim!
