I keep telling you to take me off your email list!!! Like I told you before your service really sucks, I WILL NOT refer you to anybody!!! As bad as service is, Driving is sooooo much better!
The ride to the airport was easy and early. BUT the ride back experience was horrible. The attendant at the curb said 15-20 minutes. Once it reached 40 minutes and I asked for a refund or clarification, she was rude and all of a sudden didn't know anything about when they would arrive. Meanwhile, I've watched a dozen of their competitors (Super Shuttle) fly by. She then handed me a card with an 800 number and said I could call customer service. Doing that now...
I have left several messages at extensions 7025 & 7016 as well as your general mailbox. This began with your driver lying to us and not picking us up. However, when I originally called in on Sunday evening a representative had said that he claimed that we were picked up. We had to use a yellow cab even though we had already paid you. Then you guys double charged me on 4/11. Then I received a call on Monday from Kendall. I returned that call with several messages on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and today Thursday. You guys have the worst customer service of all time. I called and emailed you guys several times about a refund since I was left stranded at LAX at 2am. I was told by 2 different people that I was going to be refunded, but never received anything. I will never use you guys again. Signed, Unhappy customer
Bad experience. Prime Time Shuttle went to wrong pick up location and so I missed my flight. Asked for refund 3 times and totally ignored by customer service team.
Worse company ever.
Just like everyone else stated. Horrible service. Reserved the shuttle online and never got picked up, so we called to be informed there was no driver in our area and we needed to find another form of transportation. Good luck running a business like this. but they did pay us back for the price of the cab that we ended up taking to the airport.
Should be ZERO stars. Quite possible the WORST Customer Service of ANY company in CA. We waited 50 minutes after the scheduled pickup time ( confirmed and re-confirmed) for our exclusive shuttle to pick us up at LAX. After an international flight we were forced to wait curbside while they contacted a driver who was in IRVINE. We had to wait for him to get to LAX. If I could write a review with NO stars I would. The customer service person on the phone "chastised" me for hanging up and calling back and blamed me for being on hold so long. I was actually disconnected after being on hold for 30 minutes the first time.
