I always use Prime Time, never had a problem with service. A hint to some people, make a reservation, it does help. For pickup at the airport, yeah you may have to wait a bit but normally not an excessive amount. And the price is much better than other shuttle services. And if you don't want an inexpensive SHARED ride van (and having to, shudder, wait for another rider), book one of the private options.
Just used this service for first time. It was excellent on all counts, time, service, price, from Pasadena to BUR.. Will use it again.
This was easy and affordable. Our driver was awesome... we would use the service again and recommend. I never do these surveys but I did today because of our driver and his friendly, professional style. Because of him I took the time to write this note.
Just had a great pick-up and ride home from the airport. The driver was happy and up-beat, clean, and polite. The Van was also clean and pleasant. Best part is it only cost- $50.00 vs the $120.00 cab fair- I will be taking this shuttle again!
We have used prime time several times in our travels and had excelle nt service every time. Clean van, courteous driver and on time every time. No problem with booking either, best service, average wait time, less than super shuttle,and ALWAYS our first choice.

I have had great service from them. I was picked up on time going to the airport and coming back. The drivers were professional and polite. The first ride was from my home to Ontario Airport at 3 am. The driver called to let me know he would be a few minutes late. He arrived at the revised time. I was at the airport on time. How could you leave us stranded at LAX with confirmed reservations? And you had us wait over an hour before informing us that you were dumping us with no ride. You had previously assured me you were getting us a ride. You super shuttle alternative didn't have a ride either. I can't believe you actually dump confirmed reservations. Just refunding a fare and leaving us stuck at LAX is NOT acceptable.

Pretty horrible service, after telling me that a van is on the way to pick me up, makes me wait 30 mins outside LAX and then tells me they are not dispatching any more vans. When I asked him what could I do he just shrugs his shoulders and ends his shift.

I have been using Prime Time Shuttle for the past 2.5 years and their service used to be good. I do not know what has happened to them in the last year, but the phone service Sucks! It's as if they are not even listening to me when I call to change a reservation or ask where the F my shuttle is.
