I had two issues with my shuttle ride -- the first was when I received a text two hours before my pick-up time telling me that Prime Time had changed my pick-up time from 4:45 to 5:10. Since I was riding from the John Wayne Airport to LAX, I was concerned about making my flight in time. Prime Time was correct; I did have enough time, although I would prefer that THEY not make changes. Hey Monica, I apologize for the change of your pick up time. Sometimes, we need to adjust it due to unforeseen circumstances..but I'm happy to hear you had plenty of time to make your flight. As for the driver, we do not condone this type of driving and if you email me your reservation number along with your review, we will address him so this does not continue.
I was very happy with the service provided by Prime Time Shuttle. Both drivers to and from the airport in Orange County were on time, friendly and safe. I would definitely use this service again. $30 each way vs. $60 for a taxi! It's a no brainer.
I am thrilled that I found this service. I don't travel much and have used service only three times, but I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of service. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
We were very pleased with all aspects of Prime Time Shuttle. Driver was on time, friendly, conversed with us. He let us know he would be picking up at 2 more stops. Van was clean and ride was very enjoyable. We will definitely use them again.
On a recent return ride in #817, the driver had absolutely no idea of where he was or where he was going. His eyes were constantly on his GPS. Ten seconds of eyes on the road, 20-30 seconds looking at the GPS. After dropping off one passenger, he had no idea of how to get back on the freeway. Sat in an intersection for almost an entire signal change no knowing whether to turn left or right onto Wilshire Blvd. It was quite disturbing to watch the driver with his eyes on his GPS and not on the road, most of the time. Awesome service from Lomg Beadh, I had two delays on two different flights and the driver was there waiting for me. Very impressed with the service, would use them and recommend them again.
A real life saver. I came back from Asia in the middle of the day. I was tired and unable to find anyone to come from OC to pick me up. Even though my plane was late over 1 hour, they picked me up without any problem, dropped me off at Disneyland for a cheap, clean transition. I'll use them again.
We paid for private service ,because we were a party of 5, and I give them a 5 for our shuttle to the airport, and a 4.5 on the return. The return may of been a 5 had it not been for the fact our plane was an hour late returning, which is harder for the shuttle to deal with. Great drivers and a pleasant receptionist at the airport pick-up.
Used them twice and it was excellent both times. Left the airport 1/2 hr ahead of the scheduled time. Can't beat it for value transportation out of LAX!!!
