Online booking was very easy. Pickup times were perfect . Driver was courteous and friendly trip out to Anaheim cost $120 return for four which was great value. Would recommend Prime Time Shuttle to others
Excellent. The driver was 15 minutes early for my pick up but was okay to wait until the agreed time. He was courteous and helpful. Picked up 2 others on the way and got to LAX on schedule.
Outbound, they changed the pick up time the evening before and I couldn't have the van come that early due to a conference call. I had to cancel due to their change and I was charged $4.00. Not cool. Inbound, no issues. No stars for the outbound trip and three for the inbound.

They were terrific. It was also much less expensive than the other choices of transportation.
Got picked up in LAX last night but so did 4 others. They were dropped off all over the city, and my wife and I got home last, and 3 hours later. Sure, it all had to do with where everyone had to be dropped off, but maybe not pick up people in the same van, that are spread out all over, just saying. Oh, and when I called a few days before to change the pickup time...I was told to please hold, and after 20min I gave up!
I had a bad experience with Customer Service. There is an immediate response on the CHAT, but I think that it is automated, then you wait and wait and wait. I started and ended 3 chats - got tired of waiting. Then tried the phone. Waited 25 min on the phone for an answer! GASP! I had much to do to prepare to pick up my husband who was going to take the Prime Shuttle, but it was an urgent question so I had no option but to wait.

The driver was on time and I made it to LAX very quickly. I can't ask for more than that.
I usually use the shuttle for airport travel, this time we used them for the Cruise from home to Long Beach Harbor and back home again. What a great choice!! Every thing was excellent from the being on time to the service and the cost of the trip for two of us . Some of the vans are starting to show quite a bit of wear and tear otherwise we were very Happy with their service and will definitely use them again the next time we travel.
I was especially impressed with the skill and alertness of the driver in LA traffic. The shuttle was on time, and the driver courteous. I tried Prime Time after inattentive drivers and near collisions with other services. Safety is my prime concern. The other facets of my trip were excellent, but safety is most important to me.
