Picked up at LAX to home last night 9/20/14. The DRIVER (Van #835) was exceptional. Charlie was his name. He was the nicest Shuttle driver I have ever had. On the way however - picked up from home to LAX 9/16/14 at 6:30am the last passenger to pick up was just horrid. We were a little early and she saw us, went into her house and closed the door. 4 hours from the time my plane lands until I get home? Absolutely ridiculous.
As a first time visitor to the USA I found Prime Time on the internet and did all my bookings online. No problems at all. Punctual, and friendly. I'll definitely be referring Prime Time to everyone I know travelling to LAX.
Just returned from Carnival Cruises in Long Beach. I was 30 min. late in getting off the ship and therefore had to wait for a reserved Prime-Time shuttle. That was not a problem, but what was a problem (I had three other people with me) was that they could not provide a time-frame when I could expect a shuttle. Fortunately, we only had to wait about 25 min for the next shuttle, but, it would have been nice if they could have explained this at the time of reporting to their representative. My Hotel arranged a pick up for Prime Time to get me to the airport and I could not be happier. They arrived on time, the driver confirmed my name as he got out to help me with my luggage. The van was clean and comfortable. I have used other shuttles in the past, Prime Time is by far the best Shuttle service I have experienced. Good Job guys. Deb
I have mixed feeling about my last ride with Prime Time Shuttle to my home from LAX. The best part was that the shuttle was brand new, and the driver very nice and entertaining. The ride was good as we were only 3 customers and although I was the last one, the drop-off location of other two was close to the 101. The worst part was that I had to wait 1 solid hr for pick-up at LAX. After a 24 hr trip including a 4-hr delay, that is not what you need...

First time using Prime Time and will definitely use from now on. Driver was 5-10 minutes early on both legs of my recent trip. Much appreciated. Vans are new and in excellent condition. Both drivers were very professional in appearance and behavior. Excellent experience. Thanks very much!
Picked us up 45 minutes late, and then proceeding to make two additional stops (we are headed to our first one now). Considering we wanted to be to the airport 10 minutes ago, we are wondering if we will make our flight. Not a good start.

I purchased round trip. The pick-up to the airport was excellent. The driver appreciated very much my $5 tip. At the airport on my return, service was slow and not caring. Our poor driver got a load of passengers, a few of who live in crowded areas. It took quite a while to get me home. I tipped him $5 and I believe he was not too happy.
