This is the worst shuttle company. Don't book anything with them. I prepaid for our to and from the airport for our trip to Hawaii. They did show up to take us on time but when we got home at 11:30pm on a Sunday night no one showed up to take us home. After waiting a while I called and all they could say was "they didn't know what happened!
Book if you wanna be burned and not on time to your destination!
Book this service if you want to spend hours (3 hours past reservation time) on the curb waiting for your prepaid shuttle to pick you up. apparently, the "on-time or it's free" only applies to when then pick you up at home. Absolutely worst service ever, customer service is a joke if anyone answers your call ( I believe they don't answer the phone if they see your number is the one you use on your reservation because when I borrowed a phone, they answered). My mother 84 years old decided to take a trip for the first time after my dad passed away. This was to be a shared ride with another pick up. Moms flight was scheduled for 6:20 am so her pick up time was to be at 3:35. Well when the driver did not show up Mom called Prime Time and was placed on perpetual hold for over 20 minutes. Never ever book with Prime Time. WORST shuttle service ever!!!! Rude drivers and bad customer service!!! <and for your information I had no choice but to pick a star in order to leave a comment. You deserve ZERO stars!>
All shuttles are not the same.these guys just no showed in San Diego leaving me stranded.call the guys in blue or call cab. Who cares if u r prime time u need to be on time
Is there a box for negative stars? This company is poorly run, and customer service is top notch garbage!!! Customer beware!!!!!
Worst shuttle service ever. Did not pick up at reserved time (10:25pm). Waited for over 1/2 an hour. No shuttle in sight. Took a $60 cab home because I didn't want to wait at the airport by myself late at night. Primetime would not reimburse me because they said I should've called to check. (My phone was lost.) Apparently the shuttle was there though...at 11:08pm! DO NOT TAKE THIS SHUTTLE! Terrible customer service!
