Stranded my Mom at Long Beach International. This after a prepaid reservation, calling in and being assured for 1 1/2 hours the driver was "on the way" then being told "sorry, we have no drivers, find your own way home. DO NOT USE
Don't trust these guys to help you out in an emergency. Getting stuck outside of LAX due to a shooting was bad enough but they wouldn't even help us get back home when it became clear we wouldn't see the inside of the airport anytime soon. They pretty much just told us we were on our own in unkind terms.
Hey are great for picking you up at home. But no one ever came to get me at airport. I had to take a can home. Now no one returns my calls. They were quick to charge my credit card, but honestly no one returns my calls to HQ
