Leased a car here 3 yrs ago. Sent two emails to new General Mgr requesting info about a new lease. Never heard back. Completely unresponsive. Poor customer service. Plenty of other BMW dealers who want new business
I had a good experience at Prestige BMW although I haven't bought a car just yet. When I first walked onto the lot I was approached but I wasn't pressured. After looking around for a little, I approached a salesmen named Steven M. who was very helpful. He was able to answer several questions I had about the cars I was interested in. I would buy with confidence from him.
Diana Martinez my service advisor was great, not only was she courteous but was sincere, and really wanted to make sure my issue was resolved completely. On the other hand the girl at the window where you get your receipts, to pay is numb, doesn't smile, not friendly!👿👿👿👿
