This last time that I went to Prestige BMW, just may be the last. I was very unhappy with the way a misunderstanding was handled by the staff. When asked if I wanted to speak to management, I was too upset and said that I just wanted my keys and car. Ms. Piserchia just shrugged and called for my car. 45 minutes later (!!!!!!) I was able to leave. There are other places that my husband and I both can take our BMWs to be serviced. And when it's time to purchase new cars, we don't need to give our business back to Prestige BMW.

The team at Prestige BMW went out of their way to give me an outrageously great deal; they picked me up from Manhattan to deliver me to my car. They were short staffed when I arrived to pick up my new car, but they made up for it in offering me free accessories and perks. What I thought out to be a good visit turned for the worse... I came in with a service appointment replacing my old tire with a "new tire"which i payed $500. Turns out that they just refurbrished my old tire and today On my screen it said Low Tire. I went outside to check and realised. 1. Their was a tear on my tire. 2. It was the same tire and they didnt replace shit. Well long story short their scumbags and going to get SUED!!!
