Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ......100% unhelpful, rude, discourteous, and don't seem to think 16 years of loyal service from our family is worth saving so they let my mom walk out and said they'll try harder next time. Guess what, there isn't going to be a next time Prestige.
Was in the showroom for over an hour and not one person approached me. Clearly they judged me as being too young. Took my business to South Hampton BMW and got a 5 series.
Bought my 3 series here and it was definitely a pleasant experience . The sale was easy and I was well informed every step of the way . Even though I live in monmouth county I still travel to Prestige for service . The fact there is never a shortage on loaners and my advisor Max is patient and understanding enough to work with my schedule limited car knowledge is well worth the travel. Prestige truly lives up to it's name .
