Lori Asserson is the best of the best. She makes the car buying experience feel easy and way less stressful. Lori helped me get into a new 340xi and out of a Lexus. I'm so happy to be back with a BMW and experience top level customer service. I visited both prestige and tri county Lexus and the dealer experience doesn't even begin to compare to prestige BMW. You won't be disappointed. The team truly cares about each customer and treats them like family. I'll be a customer for life.

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed buyer beware these guys will rip you off big time this BMW dealership is a rip off .
Excellent service. They accommodated my requests, and didn't make me feel like I was being squeezed for every penny. I don't plan on ever NOT having a BMW, and my next car will come from Prestige.
