It is the first time I see a services like this. Morgan my services Advisor when Above and Beyond with a Big Smile and got my car services and right the first time. We waited a half hour to see a car. It wasn’t even busy
WORST dealership I ever experienced! I was horrified by their lack of professionalism evidenced by a long list of lies. I was interested in a certified 2015 428i and found one located at Ramsey. When viewing/considering the car there was a disgusting/ putrid smell when the car was turned on. The "honest" salesperson reassured me this was due to the car sitting on the lot. BMW was fine but I am very disturbed that BMW posted my whereabouts on my Facebook page saying that I had visited BMW. That is my own personal business and I feel it was an invasion of my privacy. I do not want to BMW to broadcast my whereabouts.
