BUYER BEWARE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. BMW of Ramsey has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. This is my 5th BMW purchase and have never had as bad as an experience as I have with this dealership. The sales guy Tim Gallagher does a good job in selling you the car and then basically throws his hands up in the air whenever an issue arises. Got my car back yesterday from being ‘detailed.’ Have since left a message for several people there with no response.
My son used to work there as a valet. One night, it was storming and a co-worker asked him to take him to he offsit lot where employees parked. Because of a gust of wind, the loaner he was driving sustained some damage. They tried to get ,my son to pay first out of his own pocket, so he quit. Now they have sicced their insurance company on him. Luckily, I’m a lawyer who is all too familiar with how this game works, so well hey will not get one cent. Thes are not nice people.. Get your BMW at Park Avenue instead.
