It’s unbelievable that we pay $1900 for a car and BMW of Ramsey can’t even service the car correctly! The car has been at the dealership more than I’ve had it in my hands in the past year!! They also won’t give me a courtesy vehicle because i had a car accident in one of their cars which my insurance covered! If my 2018 SUV brand new when pulled out the lot last year didn’t have so many issues i wouldn’t be so bothered to not being taken care of like i should be especially as a returning customer to BMW for 7 years.. $120,00... read more
