Zero stars. Would not recommend. Repeated correspondence goes unanswered. I sent an email in September 2022 and followed up with a phone call (to voicemail) a few weeks later. No one will explain why the landscaping schedule has been dramatically decreased to the extent that sidewalks in the community became impassable. DO NOT USE this company. They are dishonest and will steal from you. ACM added an extra charger of $100.00 on my account at closing which was/is not a legitimate cost. They refuse to address the issue and give me my refund. Basic theft.

This is the WORST management company my neighborhood has ever had and I am glad we are switching from them effective September 2022. The customer service agents are very nice, but when you need to speak to a Property Manager, they won't give you their number, you have to e-mail them/get transferred to them, but when you e-mail you get no response and they never answer once you are transferred. The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Trying to get a pool key took over two months of dealing with rude individuals who could care less about my issue. I do not have enough characters to go into the whole ordeal. Do yourself a favor and ask who the representative for your specific HOA is from the get-go. I made the mistake of thinking they were the rep. for my HOA and, after two months of calling, finally found out that they are merely a call center so to speak.

My van was towed from ******** Club House Parking Lot 3/16/22 cause the signs for 'No Overnight Parking' were NOT visible at ENTRANCE of lot. My building, ******** ** was being painted & I got a letter from the painting co. to move our cars. I was told not to park at another building as vehicles were towed from them. RealManage is beyond awful. We purchased a Condo in FL & RM, among several other mistakes they made, told us we MUST pay for the Estoppel Certificate $299, print it & drop it off w/ our application. We knew we did not need it for the application or closing as we purchased at this development before. This management company sends me letters constantly complaining I have "stuff" in the common area around my condo. I do not! They insure fines I cannot pay. Worst HOA mgmt company around. Scammers, trying to scam me out of money I do not owe. My neighbor as well.
Hands down the worst HOA IÂ’ve ever dealt with and itÂ’s by a long shot. We have no amenities (just a row of condos, no leasing office, no pool, no gym, nothing) and they randomly found a mistake on their end and have upped our HOA dues by over $100. This destroys the resell value of our condo. Not to mention we have had broken doors (homeless people wandering the halls) broken back gates, lights out in hall, etc. They somehow say they are losing money per month which makes no sense.
