I email them to voice my concerns and now they are hounding me with fines. Than tell me I have X amount of days to resolve they issue but when I call them they ignore my calls and reply in a email to leave a voicemail? This company is a scam! They don’t communicate they don’t call back all they do is send fines and watch your house like a hawk for violations!
Awful. Their fees are non-transparent and high. I was not told their system did "not accept" my e-check. I have plenty of funds in that account and wire money all the time. They did not notify my until after the penalty period and would not refund it because of their processing error. I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone to discuss this, 2 months & running. I will be voting to replace them at our next HOA meeting.

Hector H********, Community Association Manager, has disappointed me with his lack of professionalism and ability to resolve important matters. There was an error on management's end drafting my auto payment- a representative said it was due to the hurricane that hit through Central Florida -and he is refusing to find a resolution. Avoid at all costs! Very poor customer service. We pay 650 a month but they do not repair anything. Place looks really bad. Leaky roofs cause huge water damage.
This has been the worst management company to deal with, they never return calls, you cant get a hold of anyone in the closing dept, leave you on hold and then it hangs up on you. Their reply to emails is a joke. We are trying to close in the sale of the property & they did the closing paperwork wrong-My Attorney has been trying to get the paperwork corrected as well and no answer other than you have to pay $125.00...to correct THEIR mistake!?! I, as well as many in the community, are quite disappointed and concerned about the capability of this association management company (RealManage, LLC.) to manage our HOA. Not only are payments consistently misapplied, but there is no one to return your messages in a timely manner. Sometimes there is no response at all until I escalate to the property manager, who also does not respond in a timely manner. Absolutely horrible. Can they have negative stars? Sent my HOA payment and come to find out they never cashed it. Was working to try to get the issue solved and the HOA has changed management companies. But, during this change, they sent my account to an attorney and having to fight the issue of payment they never cashed with tons of added charges. Thank goodness we no longer have them but now I an suffering consequences of their negligence. Is there a class action lawsuit against them to join?

Stay away from this company! Worst management company I ever worked with. They manage Sunrise on the the Green and I have been trying to fix an accounting problem with my HOA payments for several months, I already sent all the proof of payments, including pictures and proof they deposited all the checks and they refuse to admit they made a mistake. The annual assessments are due on January 1st of each year, although there may be a grace period that your association offers its residents, we do have a processing fee of for any conveyance requests when an account has an open balance at the time of the conveyance. I have been a homeowner in the Foothills since 2013, I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in my own community due to being harassed, discriminated against by the HOA president. She's a bully! As of today, January 17th I have not received my ADOT check all because the Vision Managment and HOA is mishandling my funds. I wonder how many other homeowners are experiencing this type of harassment.
