How is this company rated at AAA when the average customer review is 1.52? This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and the fact that they continue to drain my bank account while providing me nothing in return is completely unacceptable.
********* doesn't respond to telephone messages or e-mail communications asking to stop sending past due, penalty fee notices and probable lien placement on Upper Creek Acres HOA property despite having acknowledged payment of those dues in January 2022. Copies of the cancelled check were sent to them kind request for acknowledgment were never responded to. They will be made aware if this issue is not quickly resolved there is potential for legal action taken against them under North Carolina harassment law.

The company never resolves the overcharging of fees for using a credit card for online payment of association dues. In fact we the customer have been charged a late fee for making on-time and prepayment for the unit we live in. Furthermore, when asked to refund the money they have refused. Also, the Realmanage Company has failed to activate unregistered parking laws in the month of January, and then February, and issued a third statement stating that towing of unauthorized vehicles would commence on the 1st of April. This company preys upon its own homeowners. They sent me a notice that was never received that the first letter I saw was a second attempt letter that already had a late fee. I later got the first letter. The situation is still being resolved but im not a fan of businesses growing and preying on their “customers” through “late fees” and “administrative fees.” It’s not an honest way of doing business and I don’t feel comfortable having them represent me and my fellow homeowners in the Sierra Verde community.

They discriminate against people with disabilities. I have a service animal and they send me violations that going against the law. They have all my documents they need. I have all my bases covered. They issued a violation because someone said she looked too big (30lb weight limit) yet there's two pit bulls that live under me, and another huge male pit Bull and a Husky on the property as well. We have reported water damage to our unit at ********************** La since July of 2021. We were timely in reported this water damage due to the load bearing outside wall leaking. This is not an insurance claim, but a structure related issue that causing the damage to the inside of the unit. HORRIBLE COMPANY! I am selling my residence and our buyer's lender has been waiting for the paperwork for this company for a month. Every time I speak to someone, they tell me it will be done by the end of the day. Well, the end of the day comes and goes and the paperwork is still not done. RealManage property management company is managed by very unprofessional and rude individuals. It took this company, Realmanage, almost 3 years to resolve speed limit issues within the community and between 2 - 3 years to resolve/enforce their own rules to finally stop illegal parking within the community. As a renter under this management company, I am incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted by the way they treat the people that live in their community. I have had a neighbor steal packages and utilities from me, threaten me, park in my personal space, leave trash cans everywhere, had their puppy sh*t all over my lawn. I am sorry to read your review of your current situation. It truly is disappointing to hear that you have a neighbor that is creating so much havoc to your personal space. Sometimes the expectation is that the HOA and management team is that they enforce laws in-leu of the police. This would not be accurate.
