As a renter under this management company, I am incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted by the way they treat the people that live in their community. I have had a neighbor steal packages and utilities from me, threaten me, park in my personal space, leave trash cans everywhere, had their puppy sh*t all over my lawn. I cannot get management to send a tow truck - I've tried at least 15 times. I am sorry to read your review of your current situation. It truly is disappointing to hear that you have a neighbor that is creating so much havoc to your personal space. Sometimes the expectation is that the *** and management team is that they enforce laws in-leu of the police. This would not be accurate. Here is a summary communication between Premier Community Management and our community's Board Members. This could happen to your community. Their management services are beyond awful that they have resorted to quit our community. Premier Community Management just terminated their management services to Central and Dobbins HOA. The last day of service will be June 16, 2018. The reason for this termination is due to their being "offended by these false accusations". The claims have no merit. For many years Premier provided exceptional management services to this Association without issue. The services provided and fees charged to the Association were agreed upon by a formal Management Contract with the Association and its Board of Directors. What she does not understand is that Premier is merely the agent of the Association and it took all of its direction from the Association’s past and present Board of Directors. They sent all of my bills to the wrong address. You'd think that since they manage my property they would know where to send the bill but common sense apparently is too much to expect with these people. When they didn't receive payment they turned my account over to their sleeze ball lawyers at Rossmar & Graham. Those guys didn't have a problem finding my correct address in order to deliver a court summons to me.
