Mi experience in this place was horrible. I bought a truck the past Saturday and was sold to me saying the actual miles were accurate but later figured that the miles where not accurate and miles on dash were changed . I tried to contact them to try to come to a conclusion or try to fix things and they ignored me ..I dont recommend people going here because they lie and scam you ..please be careful
Purchased my 2012 Dodge Journey from Marc Decamp, he was a great help, not pushy! Very realistic, and honest! My car smelled like cigarette smoke, and he said they would fix that at no cost, he also mentioned there was a trim piece that needed to be fixed. They did both things no cost to me! Very professional place! I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for being so honest, helpful, and professional!
We do not live locally (just over an hour away), but found a truck we wanted on their lot and Julie and Mark were very helpful via text/phone getting negotiations started prior to us making the trip up, so no one's time was wasted. We set up a time to come in and go over the numbers, and Mark went above and beyond helping us get to a good spot. We absolutely love the truck and were treated very well through the entire process. Thanks again guys!

They lied saying a 2008 chevy cobalt LT wasn’t in an accident when in fact it was!, and car had lots of problems and they kept lying to us, horrible place. Please make sure you get a Carfax report and look it over carefully and take a used car to a mechanic or someone that knows cars to get it looked at.
Wow is all I have to say for this place and not a good wow. If I could give this place a zero I would. I would not recommend this place at all.
With personal knowledge, posting for a friend: after buying out my lease, received notice from GM that more money was owed. I was lied to twice by my salesman, Matt, as to the status of the matter. Convo with GM Tony did not completely resolve the problem and now, having left multiple voice messages, none of which have been returned, i am posting here to perhaps get the attention of someone at Preferred!
