my fiancee bought a car here and its total garbage when she talked to the manager about the buyer guarantee on their website they disregarded it "because her credit was too low" every part of this over priced tin cans ignition system has been replaced and it still stalls and gives no spark. we have put more than 3 months of payments worth of work into it. to have. a yard ornament this is the type of car dealership people think of when they think of sleazy use car dealers . so if life dosent give you lemons you sure can buy y... read more
Brought my daughter to buy her first car. We ask for a look inside and are told they need a DL? To look inside? She goes in, 20 minutes and still hasn't seen the car. Then, without a credit check or anything, tells her she can't buy the car! She was already pre-approved for the amount and instead, left in tears. Unacceptable people.
Girlfriend and I are on vacation camping out in Grand Haven. We were just here for a week, and my girlfriend asked if she could purchase a new car when we got back. I said why don’t we check it out now. We went to Preferred and loved it. We went to Ben. Ben was great. I truly appreciated his honesty the most. We walked out with a new Equinox.
I went to the dealership not knowing I’d soon be walking out with an amazing car. Customer service is outstanding!!

I was told when my car was ran out of oil between changes that the service guys may have “forgotten to fill it all the way up” which led to a slew of serious problems. Huge bummer, service staff was not helpful, did not seem to care at all. Would never recommend.
