I have been looking for a used GMC Acadia and found the EXACT vehicle I wanted at Preferred Chevy, unfortunately this vehicle sold before I could purchase it, but Brian is going above and beyond trying to find another one like it. I really appreciate that kind of service!
Was attended as soon as I walked in. Customer lounge is very pleasant. Cost was very close to estimate given over the phone.
Everything was great until found out I purchased a New GMC with an out dated GPS. I expected the GPS to be current when I bought the truck. They told me I could bring it in and they would update it for $139.00. Not hpy about this.
David TakiTaki is the ONLY person I'd ever deal with for vehicles. PERIOD. He's the most knowledgeable and is never pushy or your stereotypical car salesman. He's respectful and doesn't give you any runarounds. It's like he's the car whisper! He can spot the best vehicle for you from miles away. I couldn't respect him any more then I do.
I have been doing business with this dealer for quite some time now. Service department that is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They just went above and beyond and did a really nice job rebuilding my transmission. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get their car repaired. Great service all around! Even the parts department takes good care of me! :)
