I bought a car at the end of September, started to hear a rumble noice end of November. its supposed to be under warranty to fix. called the service department, they said don’t bring it here, go to Honda. I did. turns out I need a new left and right front axel. When back to the dealership, explained the situation, and they won’t do crap! Honda priced me $850 for a repair that preferred should cover. Don’t shop here! They are scum!
RecommendedMy experience working with Rick was fantastic we purchased 2 cars from him he was very flexible working with are schedules in test driving the cars and working with us on some repairs that need to be done to one of the cars before the sale was finalized. I would recommended Rick and Preferred to buy your next car.
Amazing! We got to test drive the vehicles we had interest in, and got the one that’s perfect for us! Dan is awesome, and made sure we had a good quality car! We’re so happy!

If you buy anything used beware. They are a SHADY car dealership. They do not inspect anything on the cars before selling. I would highly recommend taking any used car and have it inspected from a certified mechanic before buying. The only thing this dealership wants is to sell cars and once you buy your on your own. I will never buy from them again and will highly recommend to everyone I know NOT to buy a car from them. It's sad the way they run their business!!!
****DO NOT BUY***** My step son purchased a truck from Preferred for $15k. Drove it home at 6pm and wouldn't start the following morning. He was told on his own, sold as is. Preferred stated they only check if the car starts and stops, they don't check anything else. Additional $2100 in repairs within the first week of ownership due to a gas leak!! They did give him a loaner vehicle that the brakes and transmission are going out on!!!
Had many issues. Would not recommend the package to have vehicle undecorated and rust fixed but went to Dan Benham and he was able to help resolve the issue the best he could. Was able to get some money back out of the package.
I would not go here to buy a vehicle. I spent $6600 in cash on a vehicle from here and now it’s sitting in my driveway after a week of owning it. Because it sounds like the transmission is going to blow into pieces.
