After being treated poorly by Todd Wenzel Chevrolet, and not quite stellar service at Grand Buick, it was recommended I visit Preferred. I live in Hudsonville, so a bit of a drive, but 100% worth the trip! I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Preferred, they have definitely gained me as a loyal customer. Thanks guys!!
Don't bother with the price match for tires, they will not match prices
Erik was my salesman and he was helpful and honest helping me find the car I wanted. It was a good, quick, smooth transaction.
2 1/2 hours for oil change.and still waiting.last time for this place.the manager talked to me and made it right with me.so I am bumping up my rating.not really anyone's fault.just missed communication. will give them another try in the future.
36 hours after driving out of the lot, having my two sons driving the 2004 Jeep Liberty with 99,000 miles on it, after being inspected by the dealer, the car died on the Ohio Turnpike. Just stopped working while they were in the flow of traffic. I should have known something was going to happen since the center brake light bulb was burned out and was not changed during their inspection of the car.
