Purchased a vehicle on 7/9/2014 from this location. Sold to me as a certified Pre-Owned, and now they are claiming that the vehicle was not certified and will cover none of the repairs. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I have basically been told that because I purchased the vehicle through the Grand Haven Location instead of the Muskegon location, that the Certification was voided. Campbell is awesome! Never pushed or made me feel like I had to buy. I purchased a new 2014 Malibu and Campbell showed me how everything worked and even called me a few days later to check on me. I would strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Campbell! The best service I ever had! Completely satisfied customer!!!
I think that the first Person who helped me Derrick Conkle When I first went in was great!
