I never write reviews for anything, but our service at Preferred was so good, I had to! Our salesman was Bryan Cramer. We were looking for a pre-owned vehicle, and had a list of "wants". He not only met all of the wants on the list, he exceeded our expectations of customer service. He was friendly, funny, and honest. We ended up purchasing TWO vehicles. I will recommend him, and we will purchase from Preferred again!
Wonderful experience with Derrick and David. They went above and beyond so that I could drive home my beautiful car that night. They stayed late and were very accommodating. I definitely recommend working with them.
Thank you so much for my new Chevy Cruze. I love it so much. It was such a great experience. I will be a customer for life. Well I bought my car on the 28th of April and it was in the shop like 4 days after for oil leaks. Now I think it may be leaking again. At least it's under warranty they need to solve it. Or take the Cruze back. Update 10-21-16 Now I'm back in for service again. It lost power and my warranty is almost up. Every time I get told there's nothing wrong. So where does my performance go?

They had a van within my price range. Bryan Cramer was my sale rep. I was very scared to buy because just a lot of bad luck n it was beautiful. He promised me a good vehicle. Did have a minor issue with it. Called and spoke to Bryan n he had me bring it back and said as he promised I would have a good reliable vehicle. Bryan and his team went above and beyond for me. So greatful and very happy. I would recommend everyone to go to Bryan. He is really trustworthy and putting you in a reliable car.
