RecommendedI just bought my Equinox from Preferred Chevrolet last month. They were all so great! My sales consultant Marc and the managers Blake and Dan were also great. I was really impressed with how professional they all were. I was shown how to work everything on the vehicle. I'm very happy with the purchase of this Equinox! My husband and I were in a pretty awful accident and sadly totaled our car. We stopped by just to check a few things out on our way to the beach. Kevin worked with us (we stopped literally ten minutes before they closed) he was so kind and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were keeping him. I would never recommend this business due to the fact that they have a manager there that would post such childish things on Facebook due to jealousy! What a shame that they allow their employees to talk about other businesses in such a manner
Purchased my vehicle in October 2018 from the Preferred Auto Advantage lot and multiple things have gone wrong or needed to be fixed. Brought it into the service department here for these fixes and some how during every "fix" they "missed" something else wrong with the vehicle and we needed to keep bringing it in. We did buy a certified used vehicle and purchased an additional extended warranty. Unfortunately, only some of the parts were covered when we brought it in.
