Rick Waid is an amzing person. not only did he bring the vehicle to Shelbyville for me to test drive he also came to my house the next day to sign all paperwork. Today I paid the last $1000 and they brought the vehicle to me on a full tank of gas. I love my van. If you go to Grand Haven make sure to ask for Rick. He is the most sincere, down to earth and kind hearted person ever. Thank you so so much Rick, I appriciated everything you do.

I took my car to them and had a brand new engine installed. After they gave it back to me my car was not right. They said I had a bad throttle body and wanted me to pay 400 plus for a new one! I took it to a different shop and that shop said that the clip on the throttle body was broken.The shop also said that the only way the clip could have been broken was by human error. My mother just bought a 2017 Dodge Ram there. She was told it would have a full tank a gas when she pick it. She was told when she got there it would be ready to go. It wasn’t. She then drove home not know there was no license plate on the vehicle. She then had to drive back to grand haven to get the license plate. And then they only put $20 in the gas tank. Plus as I looked at the tire I noticed there pretty worn. My mother will have to replace them in about 10,000 miles. It’s $30,000 dollar truck.
I tied explaining j in was in happy with the deal the day we did it, and they still went on with it, then when I called them back . They said there is nothing they would do!
Very smooth process. Kudos to Marc Ohst for making it a enjoyable experience. I met Marc after being misled at another dealership and even though I was pretty upset he listened and got me what I wanted for the price he said. No surprises. Thanks again!
