There are many used Chevy dealers and NO reason to use this one. The saga and chain of events is too long for me to sum up in one post. I would have been MUCH further ahead buying private party and applying the money savings to any repairs that the vehicle potentially needed. I also would have saved a lot of time and effort in the many communications and run around. Their "mechanical inspection" is useless. $24k and 2 tires don't hold air. I guess I should consider myself lucky that 2 do hold air.

We purchased our Acadia last weekend. Love it! Steve was such a huge help! He showed us so many cars. We test drove many🙂 He also stayed late on a Saturday, until we found the car we wanted. Thanks for all your help!

I have purchased and serviced many GM cars and trucks over the years from various GM dealerships in Southwest Michigan. Preferred has by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Good luck trying to get a hold of their service advisors. You can NEVER get a hold of someone live!! They really need to revamp their answering system. It’s ridiculous to have to call a minimum of 3 times and leave multiple voicemails before you get to speak to someone live. Sales 101: your phone operators are the first face of the company. just all the way around bad place failed to do processing right for finance company then turn around and charge dust for their mess up and said that they have been trying to contact us a numerous times which is a lie this place is a big joke I will never shop there again and I will never recommend this place all in all very disappointed customer

Robert had my van brought up to Hart for my husband and I to test drive, and then delivered it to us with paperwork 3 days later! Very happy!

Go elsewhere and purchase a vehicle. They sell lemons that they clean up nicely to get off of the lot. They sell you a warranty and they do not stand behind it. Straight crooks and liars who take advantage of people.

This place has the very worst customer service in the history in car sales. bought a used car last week, trying to get it in the service dept. and see if the scam of a warranty they sold me is real , no one will return my dozen phone calls, this place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! receptionist: "you need to talk to the finance manager", finance manager: "you need to talk to the sales man". salesman ; " you need to talk to the service manager" service manager will not return my 8 phones call

I bought a new car on Monday. There was an issue and the part is on backorder. They switched me to another vehicle that matches the one I bought. i didn't even have to ask. That is awesome customer service.
