I would give zero if I can, the treatment is almost fake because I saw ants running where they sprayed like there is nothing, they say they can come in again and spray, that's crazy! Why would I let you in again! Just stay away, they will charge you high fee to cancel as well, just bad bad bad all over.

I Love Precision. To be honest I work for the them but being in the industry for 10 years, until now, I haven't met owners that care about their customers and employees this much. While we are growing we are constantly adjusting to make sure customer service is always top notch. I was also impressed with the results at my house. Called Precision Pest this morning about wasp nest in one of our front bushes. Jordan & Steve arrived within the hour, and they ended up finding nests in nearly every bush. They spent 45 minutes thoroughly spraying every area around the house. Thanks for doing such a great job.
I am using the pest control service from Precision since past 2 years response was good when I called last time. But now having a bad experience in scheduling for service they don't return back to your calls left voice mail couple of times its awful service. I have called twice yesterday no response and today I left voice mail still no response. Looks like they are not customer service oriented. Now I have to think for alternative service who respects customer.
Just started with them. Very impressed with Bryon Jones who works on the startup team. Very conscientious and made sure we were happy with the work. Called and requested Bryon handle are account. They appreciated the feedback but said he currently works strictly startups. Disappointed but they said we will be happy with the two who service our route.
Micheal is the best of the best I would highly recommend them! If you need the job done right this is the company your looking for!
