We have been with Precision for almost 4 years and being a new construction home and with many new findings of insects that we came across. When we started using Precision we got things maintained and under control and even when we did have an issue I would get a call back within 12-24 hours and they would be out the same day or next and taken care of. We are happy with the service and quality and will continue to stay with them. Thank you for your great customer service.
Worst experience and customer service and hidden contract fees that I have ever experienced. If they come knocking on your door, do yourself and your bank account a favor, DO NOT ANSWER!! I feel as though the people who are giving 5 stars were paid by Precision or maybe are Precision employees because no one in their right mind would ever give this company 5 stars. Look for a formal complaint with the BBB in the future.
