My experience with Ben Lease was outstanding, he took care of all of my issues, was very polite and courteous. Employee of the year! Not to mention he's sooo dreamy
I didn't want to enter into a year long contract, so the sales guy promised me I could cancel at any time without worry. I was in a new home and I told all the solicitors the same thing. New to the area, did not want to enter into any long term agreements until I'm settled in. So I ended up cancelling service. Two years later I'm getting a mechanics lien on my home for a cancellation fee. I guess I'll see you clowns in court! Don't bother with this company. Their service was terrible which is why we cancelled.
I've been with this company for about 7 years. They do an excellent job taking care of all my pest needs.They offer great customer service especially Marquese, he's always very professional and knowledgeable. I never have to worry about any pest issues because they're always on top of things. I highly recommend this company without reservation.
I have cancelled THREE times with this company now and they keep showing up and billing me when I am not home. Beyond poor service.
Those guys are awesome!!.....Outstanding customer service. I just moved to a new house in Frisco and they have been taking care of all my needs. I would recommend them anytime!
