I am impressed every time they come. They have 2 techs come every time (which was what they said but I didn't quite believe that cos I had never seen a company do it), they are always polite. This particular day, I called, I had barely put down the phone and they are at my door. Sure they could just be in the area but that's service for me! Horrible customer service. Did not give heads up when coming out to service. Backyard gate was locked. Tech left note to call office and reschedule service. Been trying to contact them since 5/8. Called multiple times and left messages. Sent an email Wednesday and still no response. Filed dispute with credit card company and reported card lost/stolen to get away from Precision since it's impossible to get ahold of them. Service was pretty shitty too. Employees looked like thugs. They did a great job for me. i had Chad coming to our house and doing the inside. He walked around the house and found wasp nests that we were not aware of. Thank You Chad.

I recently learned that I have a life threatening allergy to fire ant venom. I called Precision and they were out the same day to treat my home and yard and also came back a week or two later to make sure we were bug free. Great, friendly service.

Tyler was great in responding to my call about setting up service and what the company offers. Nic & Todd came out ON TIME and were very professional especially dealing with my two loud dogs. The were very patient allowing us to move the dogs around as they sprayed inside! Really great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for pest control services!
