Best quality service. Never worried about bugs. Excellent customer service. Planed to move to another state and canceled the service in July. Got something delayed and have to stay here for another couple of months and have problems with the bugs inside and outside the house, called them and keep the same lower rate and free service deal as before and no contract. Really appreciated!
The service I receive from Precision Pest Control is great! They say what they are going to do and do what they say. Due to a not so great experience with another pest control company I had my doubts, but their customer service has been impeccable and our service technician, Michael, is not only polite and thorough, but very informative as well. I came home this evening and let my dogs out, shame on me for not checking, since I knew you guys were coming out. However, for the second time, the technician left the gate open and my dogs got out!!! This is your JOB, you know people have pets and they are important to the family. Absolutely irresponsible and a huge mistake that can lead to horrible consequences. Securing a property after you finish is just as important as the service itself. I agree that our technicians should have acted responsibly and closed your gate. Although this was an honest mistake it is still not acceptable. This has sparked a complete new training campaign to eliminate this type of error. I'm confident we didn't do any harm to the gate by leaving it open, however, proper treatment and securing of all our clients property is a major priority for us. These guys are the best. We have used their service for 8 years and would never switch to anyone else. Always friendly fast efficient service and if you use them consistently you will never have any issues. Thanks for keeping our house and yard bug free.
Precision has always been outstanding! From the first day when we moved in to our new house and discovered black widows (new construction!) to just a few weeks ago when we found a tarantula in our garage, they have always been great to work with! Same day service every single time we have called (which has been rare now since their base protection is really comprehensive).
