Long time customer. Always “on time”, “professional” and will try to satisfy any request! The best and I have had several services.
They are always courteous during their regular service, and the regular treatments have kept most pests outside our home. They have also been attentive to any special requests we have. The glue boards they put in our garage have been very helpful catching several snakes.
The company is very quick to respond to any requests or questions. We are very happy with our results using Precision Pest Management.
Very quick service! Any issue that came up for us they would come out right away in the same day and do a spot treatment. We have the quarterly service and so far it has seem to help!! Great company!
Customer Service is horrible. i left another company to go with them and that was a bad decision from the get go. After advising them i was leaving and providing notice per their instructions, i scheduled one last appointment and was told as long as my account is active they will do the treatment. Well after calls of wondering what to the treatment, they no showed twice and then i finally get an email they cancelled my service, when i was told my account would be active until 6-1-19. They dont care about their customers.
