I wish i had read the reviews before signing up with this company. Horrible company, horrible customer service. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. The manager never gets on the line nor bothers to call back. We are ready to cut ties. Please save yourself the hassle and look for a better company that can do their job right.
Experiences have been bad with precision. We have been with them for past 6 years and the services have been downhill since last year when the new ownership came in. Called several times with no follow ups from them. Called again to share ants and other concerns and the representative just said, ok closed your account, good bye :)!!! I am amazed. Don’t recommend!!
We’ve been precision customers for a little over two months. We’ve had nothing but poor experiences. On our initial contact the representative took two phone calls involving another contract he was hoping to land on a high profile persons home. He did not take the time to walk our property or explain what measures they would take to protect our home. Terrible customer service!! They have not done one thing they e promised!! I’ve called , emailed and texted! I need help and no one replies. I spoke with a man yesterday who made promises for today and they were not kept! I’m done!
We’ve been with PPM for the past few years. It’s because of Nick that we stay with PPM. Nick has taken care of us. Always friendly, courteous, and he is a hard worker for sure! Excellent serviceman!!
